- Even if the meal is returned customer shall be liable to get credit in their accounts which can be used for the subsequent order. No cash refund is allowed as per policy.
- Customer can’t return the meal once past the cut off time and will be charged for the meal even if they don’t take delivery or are not available to receive it.
- If the food found unsuitable as per mentioned Food value or anything different then the shopper/Food maker/BD Meal authority will return the food with replace the mentioned food with proper food value or by cash (or credited the amount by any replacement) in case not available.
